Hello! I'm assuming you have some questions about what sort of services a historical consultant can offer. Allow me to explain.

Character/Historical Profiles

I can compile facts, quotes from contemporaries, images, sound and video clips and more on a subject and create easy-to-follow documents and collections for actors. These can range from a small bulleted list to suggested reading lists and full presentations. These are helpful for actors getting into character, for writers trying to flesh out roles, etc.

Full Script Visual Breakdowns

I have worked with directors and production designers to break down a script into a series of images for presentations. These typically combine historical images and renderings of potential locations, and are used to pitch to producers, investors, or anyone else who would want to see what the project will look like.

Renderings of Locations

I can combine fabric swatches and location images to create an 'after' for your presentation. This is helpful if a location will require changes before being used, or if you are undecided on a spot and what to see what decorations can do.

I can also fact check your project for historical or scientific accuracy, help you put together a mood board/inspiration board, and do basically anything you need to make your project come to life. Just drop me a line and ask!
